2026 the 16th International Conference on Communication and Network Security, will be held in Harbin, China during December 19-21, 2026, sponsored by Heilongjiang University, China; hosted by School of Electronic Engineering, Heilongjiang University, China. It's the 16th year of ICCNS conference, but it will witness the development of the field in communication and network security.

With the growing reliance on digital communication and the increasing number of cyber attacks, network security has become a critical issue for organizations and individuals alike. 		The accepted paper will be included into ICCNS 2026 Conference Proceedings. 所有录用文章在完成注册后被收录出版至 ICCNS 2026 会议论文集， 并被 EI Compendex 和 Scopus 检索，文章作者将被邀请到会展示研究报告。
